What information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number and anything you choose to include in your message. We also receive information you send directly by email.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss whether IMPROVE is suitable for you and, where requested, take steps towards providing our services. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests in responding to genuine business enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Please do not include detailed medical information in the website contact form. If health information is needed before you begin training, it will be collected separately and handled with additional care.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use trusted service providers to host the website and deliver enquiry emails. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. Some providers may process information outside the UK; where this happens, we require appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond and follow up. In most cases, it will be deleted within 24 months of our last contact unless you become a client or we need to retain it for a legal or contractual reason.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information, correct it, have it deleted, restrict how it is used or object to its use. You can make a request by emailing hello@improvestrength.co.uk.
Questions and complaints
If you have a question or complaint about how we use your information, please contact us first using the email address above. We will investigate and respond as soon as reasonably possible. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
